Rules For Participation
- You must be a member of the MTA.
- There is a $10 deposit due when you apply for lot number.
- Request for a lot number must have a self-addressed stamped envelope, without one you will not receive notice of your lot number.
- There is a 5% commission charged for the sale of your lot.
- The first 10 lot numbers must check in by 8:00 a.m.
- The sales start promptly at 8:30 a.m.
- All lot numbers will be sold in order.
- You are limited to 5 grades/sizes per species, except for raccoon which you may have only 6.
- Each bundle of fur will be labeled with your lot number, speicies, number of pelts, and bundle number such as 1 of 3 for small muskrats, and grade or size (27"-30" raccoon).
- Bundles will not be allowed to be tied together with wire. Make bundles small enough to be easily handled.
- Fur from other states is allowed with the appropriate license from that state.
- No selling outside of building.
